Cancellation Policy

- All Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Cancellations can be called in and left on the answering machine or emailed to us.

- Reservations that are made with an arrival of less the 48 hours are exempt from this policy UNLESS there is a NO CALL NO SHOW

- If a cancellation is not made within the 48 hour time frame one nights stay will be charged to your credit card for ALL pets that have a reservation

- Unfortunately there are no exceptions for weather
